The university cliques who run the UBA recently announced a move perfidious: advance to the Dec. 14 implementation of the University Assembly by regulation must be held in April 2010. Assembly University is the highest organ of the UBA and you should choose the Rector.

To make the University Assembly in December cliques have taken to racing against the clock. In many schools have chosen the deans in September although it should take just March. It has been intimated to all schools to complete their elections before November 30, violating the regulations. On the other hand, members of the University Assembly just assume their mandates in March but want to vote illegally in December. Clearly, the rector and deans Hallú are willing to do anything just to ensure his re-election quickly.

After 3 years of repression of students in the National Congress of the gangs that rule the UBA advance the realization of the university assembly for elect the president, behind the vast majority of the university.
